Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Wrench Grid LLC (“Wrench Grid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Wrench Grid website at wrenchgrid.com or any associated services — including HVAC LeadGrid websites, the AI Revenue Leak Report diagnostic, the Automatic Dispatch beta, and our other tools (collectively, the “Service”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Who May Use the Service
To use Wrench Grid, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be operating or representing a legitimate business entity
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
Wrench Grid is designed for owners and operators of residential and light commercial service businesses — including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, garage door, and general service trades. Use of the Service outside this context does not violate these Terms, but the diagnostic outputs and website templates may not be calibrated for your situation.
Description of Service
Wrench Grid provides AI-powered growth systems for HVAC and field service businesses. The Service currently includes:
- HVAC LeadGrid. Managed websites built and launched in days, available on Owned, Managed, or Growth plans.
- AI Revenue Leak Report. A diagnostic tool — free, plus paid Full Report and Monitoring tiers — that estimates where and how much revenue your business may be losing, based on the information you provide combined with anonymized industry benchmarks for businesses of similar size, trade, and operational profile.
- Automatic Dispatch (beta). An in-development tool for routing inbound jobs to available technicians, currently offered as a limited beta.
- Supporting tools and resources referenced on our Tools & Roadmap page.
Important: Wrench Grid diagnostic reports are estimates based on information you provide and general industry benchmarks. They are not audits, financial advice, accounting opinions, or guarantees of any specific financial outcome. HVAC LeadGrid websites are built to the specifications and content you approve, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, bookings, or sales resulting from your website. Automatic Dispatch is an early-stage beta feature offered as-is and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. Actual results will vary. Nothing provided through the Service should be relied upon as a substitute for professional business, financial, or legal advice.
Wrench Grid does not access, connect to, or integrate with any third-party software platform — including ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or any accounting or scheduling system — except where you explicitly authorize a specific connected feature we offer. Diagnostic outputs are derived from your form responses and our proprietary industry benchmark model, not a live analysis of your actual business records.
We strive to keep Wrench Grid — including hosted HVAC LeadGrid websites — available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
Early Access Notice: Wrench Grid is currently in an early access phase. Features, pricing, and diagnostic methodology are actively being refined. Founding customers will receive at least 30 days’ advance notice of any material changes to features or standard pricing. Founders Deal pricing is locked — see Section 6.
Free & Paid Plans
Wrench Grid offers the following service tiers:
The free tier provides a single top-priority revenue leak finding, an estimated annual impact range, one recommended action step, and a revenue leak severity score. No email address or payment is required to receive the free report. The free report is a genuine diagnostic — not a teaser or lead generation bait — and is provided as-is with no guarantee of completeness or accuracy.
The Full Report is a one-time purchase providing the complete diagnostic output, including all three revenue gap opportunities, dollar estimates, this week’s action plan, a quick wins checklist, an executive summary, and a 30-minute recovery call with a Wrench Grid advisor. Delivery is instant upon confirmed payment.
The Monitoring plan is a recurring monthly subscription providing updated diagnostic reports, technician utilization tracking, missed upsell and follow-up alerts, next bottleneck identification, and a monthly action plan refresh. Billing occurs monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — see Section 5.
HVAC LeadGrid websites start at $497 and are offered on three plans: Owned (one-time build and handoff — you take ownership of hosting and future edits), Managed (we host, maintain, and make ongoing updates for a recurring fee), and Growth (Managed plus added marketing and conversion features for a recurring fee). Specific deliverables, timelines, and recurring fees for each plan are confirmed at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation.
Automatic Dispatch is currently offered as a free, limited beta to interested customers. Beta access, features, and availability may change or end at any time without liability to Wrench Grid. We may collect feedback from beta participants to improve the feature ahead of a future paid release.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Wrench Grid to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
- Full Report. A one-time charge of the listed price at the time of purchase. No recurring billing. Delivery is instant.
- Monitoring Plan. Billed monthly on the same calendar date as your first purchase. You will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
- HVAC LeadGrid — Owned. A one-time build fee charged at the start of your project. No recurring billing once your site is delivered and handed off.
- HVAC LeadGrid — Managed & Growth. An initial build fee followed by a recurring monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, and (on Growth) ongoing marketing features. You will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel a Monitoring, Managed, or Growth subscription at any time via our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month. Cancelling a Managed or Growth website plan may result in your website being taken offline unless transitioned to a self-hosted arrangement.
- Price changes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. Founders Deal pricing is locked — see Section 6.
Because Wrench Grid diagnostic reports are generated and delivered digitally and instantly, all sales of the Full Report and Monitoring plan are generally final. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your paid report, contact us within 7 days via our contact form and we will either re-deliver your report or issue a full refund at our discretion. We do not issue refunds because a diagnostic report’s findings were not what you hoped or expected — it is an estimate, not a guarantee. For HVAC LeadGrid website orders, refund eligibility depends on project stage at the time of cancellation; contact us and we will work with you in good faith on a case-by-case basis. We handle all refund requests fairly and aim to resolve them quickly.
Founders Deal Terms
The Founders Deal is a limited-time promotional pricing offer available to the first 30 customers who purchase a Full Report or Monitoring plan during the Founders Deal window (ending May 30, 2026, or when 30 spots are filled, whichever comes first).
- Locked pricing. Customers who purchase under the Founders Deal will have their pricing locked at the Founders rate for as long as they remain an active customer — Full Report at $127 and Monitoring at $99/mo.
- Monitoring continuity. Founders Deal pricing on the Monitoring plan is maintained only if your subscription remains active without lapsing. If you cancel and re-subscribe after your cancellation date, standard pricing applies at the time of re-subscription.
- Non-transferable. Founders Deal pricing applies to the original purchasing account only and cannot be transferred to another account or business entity.
- Other products. Founders Deal pricing applies only to the Full Report and Monitoring plan as described at the time of purchase. HVAC LeadGrid plans, Automatic Dispatch, and any other products or service tiers are priced separately and are not included in Founders Deal pricing unless explicitly stated at purchase.
We honor our commitments. If we raise prices in the future, your Founders rate stays intact as long as your account remains active. This commitment survives any future updates to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Wrench Grid only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated business information in the diagnostic or website order form for the purpose of generating inaccurate or manipulated reports or websites
- Use the Service to compete with Wrench Grid, reverse-engineer its diagnostic methodology or website templates, or create derivative products based on its outputs
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases — including the hosting environment of any HVAC LeadGrid website
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other tools to access or extract data from the Service
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute Wrench Grid reports, report outputs, or website templates without written permission
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm Wrench Grid staff, contractors, or other users
You agree to submit accurate, good-faith business information when completing any Wrench Grid form. Intentional misrepresentation of your business data voids any obligation Wrench Grid has to honor refund requests related to that submission.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, including takedown of any hosted website, without refund.
SMS Communications
TCPA Consent Notice: By providing your phone number on the Wrench Grid diagnostic form, website order form, booking form, or any other data collection point on this site, you expressly consent to receive text message (SMS) communications from Wrench Grid LLC regarding your diagnostic report, website or account updates, and related business communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Consent is voluntary. Providing your phone number and consenting to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any Wrench Grid product or service. You may opt out at any time.
- How to opt out. Reply STOP to any Wrench Grid text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to that number.
- How to get help. Reply HELP to any Wrench Grid text message or contact us via our contact form.
- Types of messages. Messages may include: report delivery notifications, follow-up reminders, website build and launch updates, appointment confirmations for recovery or strategy calls, product updates, and service communications. We do not send unsolicited promotional blasts.
- Carriers not liable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, methodology, website templates, trademarks, and technology comprising the Wrench Grid Service are the exclusive property of Wrench Grid LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Wrench Grid owns the platform. The diagnostic engine, report templates, scoring methodology, benchmark model, underlying website templates and code framework, site design, copy, and all associated intellectual property belong to Wrench Grid LLC.
- You own your report. Once purchased and delivered, you may use your individual Wrench Grid report for your own internal business purposes — including sharing it with employees, advisors, or lenders. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it publicly without written permission.
- Your website on an Owned plan. Upon final delivery and handoff of an Owned-plan website, you receive the finished site and associated assets for your own use, subject to any third-party licenses (such as stock imagery or fonts) disclosed at delivery. The underlying template framework, however, remains Wrench Grid’s intellectual property and may not be resold or redistributed as a product.
- Your website on Managed or Growth plans. While your subscription is active, you have the right to use and direct content on your website. Hosting, the underlying template, and platform code remain Wrench Grid’s property; if you cancel, we will work with you on a reasonable export or transition path where feasible.
- License to use. Upon payment, Wrench Grid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your delivered report and/or website for internal business purposes only, as described above.
- No license to the platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to Wrench Grid’s software, methodology, benchmark model, website templates, or diagnostic system beyond the rights expressly described in this section.
Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of all information and content you submit through the Wrench Grid diagnostic form, website order form, or other forms — including your business details, branding, and photos. By submitting information, you grant Wrench Grid a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely to generate your report, build and operate your website, and provide the Service.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data — stripped of any individually identifiable information — to improve our diagnostic model and calibrate benchmark estimates. We will never sell or share your individually identifiable business data with third parties for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The free diagnostic form requires only your operational inputs (trade type, team size, job volume, software stack, and pain points). Your name, company name, email address, and phone number are collected in Step 3 and are required to receive your report by email, access paid services, order an HVAC LeadGrid website, or schedule a call. See our Privacy Policy for how each field is used and stored.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrench Grid disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Wrench Grid does not warrant that:
- The Service — including any hosted website or the Automatic Dispatch beta — will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- Report estimates will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific business
- Acting on report recommendations, or launching an HVAC LeadGrid website, will result in any specific financial outcome, lead volume, or revenue increase
- The Service will meet your particular business requirements or expectations
Revenue estimates in your report are diagnostic approximations based on your inputs and anonymized industry benchmarks. They are not audited financial statements, accounting opinions, or professional business advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRENCHGRID LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Wrench Grid has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Wrench Grid’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Wrench Grid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $127 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, Wrench Grid’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wrench Grid LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any false or misleading information you submit through the Service
- Content or assets you submit for use on your HVAC LeadGrid website, including any content for which you do not hold the necessary rights or licenses
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time.
- You may stop using the Service at any time. To cancel a Monitoring, Managed, or Growth subscription, use our contact form. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a way that harms Wrench Grid or other users. In cases of material violation, termination may be immediate and without refund, and may include taking a hosted website offline.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or with a prominent notice on the site.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using the Service and contact us to cancel any active subscriptions.
One thing we will never change without your consent: Founders Deal pricing for existing Founders customers. That commitment is locked regardless of future Terms updates.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before filing any formal legal claim, we ask that you contact us via our contact form and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue — at least 30 days. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. We commit to responding to dispute notices within 10 business days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wrench Grid regarding the Service.
