Terms of Service

Effective April 1, 2026
Last Updated March 23, 2026
WrenchGrid LLC
💡 Plain-English Summary: Use WrenchGrid honestly, pay for what you purchase, and don’t misuse the Service. Our reports are diagnostic estimates — not guarantees of revenue. We’re not liable if your results differ. You own your data; we own the platform. If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS updates about your report. If something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll make it right.
01 — Agreement

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and WrenchGrid LLC (“WrenchGrid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the WrenchGrid website at wrenchgrid.com or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

02 — Eligibility

Who May Use the Service

To use WrenchGrid, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be operating or representing a legitimate business entity
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

WrenchGrid is designed for owners and operators of residential and light commercial service businesses — including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, garage door, and general service trades. Use of the Service outside this context does not violate these Terms, but the diagnostic outputs may not be calibrated for your situation.

03 — Service Description

Description of Service

WrenchGrid provides an AI-powered revenue leak diagnostic tool. You complete a short form describing your business operations, and our system generates a report estimating where and how much revenue your business may be losing — based on those inputs combined with anonymized industry benchmarks for businesses of similar size, trade, and operational profile.

Important: WrenchGrid reports are estimates based on information you provide and general industry benchmarks. They are not audits, financial advice, accounting opinions, or guarantees of any specific financial outcome. Actual results will vary. No report should be relied upon as a substitute for professional business, financial, or legal advice.

WrenchGrid does not access, connect to, or integrate with any third-party software platform including ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or any accounting or scheduling system. All outputs are derived from your diagnostic form responses and our proprietary industry benchmark model. This means your report reflects calibrated estimates for businesses like yours — not a live analysis of your actual records.

Service Availability

We strive to keep WrenchGrid available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

Early Access Notice: WrenchGrid is currently in an early access phase. Features, pricing, and diagnostic methodology are actively being refined. Founding customers will receive at least 30 days’ advance notice of any material changes to features or standard pricing. Founders Deal pricing is locked — see Section 6.

04 — Plans

Free & Paid Plans

WrenchGrid offers the following service tiers:

Free Report

The free tier provides a single top-priority revenue leak finding, an estimated annual impact range, one recommended action step, and a revenue leak severity score. No email address or payment is required to receive the free report. The free report is a genuine diagnostic — not a teaser or lead generation bait — and is provided as-is with no guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

Full Report — One-Time Purchase

The Full Report is a one-time purchase providing the complete diagnostic output, including all three revenue gap opportunities, dollar estimates, this week’s action plan, a quick wins checklist, an executive summary, and a 30-minute recovery call with a WrenchGrid advisor. Delivery is instant upon confirmed payment.

Monitoring Plan — Monthly Subscription

The Monitoring plan is a recurring monthly subscription providing updated diagnostic reports, technician utilization tracking, missed upsell and follow-up alerts, next bottleneck identification, and a monthly action plan refresh. Billing occurs monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — see Section 5.

05 — Billing

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize WrenchGrid to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

  • Full Report. A one-time charge of the listed price at the time of purchase. No recurring billing. Delivery is instant.
  • Monitoring Plan. Billed monthly on the same calendar date as your first purchase. You will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel your Monitoring subscription at any time via our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.
  • Price changes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Active Monitoring subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. Founders Deal pricing is locked — see Section 6.
Refund Policy

Because WrenchGrid reports are generated and delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your paid report, contact us within 7 days via our contact form and we will either re-deliver your report or issue a full refund at our discretion. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair. We do not issue refunds because the report’s findings were not what you hoped or expected — the diagnostic is based on your inputs and industry benchmarks, and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

06 — Founders Deal

Founders Deal Terms

The Founders Deal is a limited-time promotional pricing offer available to the first 30 customers who purchase a Full Report or Monitoring plan during the Founders Deal window (ending April 15, 2026, or when 30 spots are filled, whichever comes first).

  • Locked pricing. Customers who purchase under the Founders Deal will have their pricing locked at the Founders rate for as long as they remain an active customer — Full Report at $127 and Monitoring at $99/mo.
  • Monitoring continuity. Founders Deal pricing on the Monitoring plan is maintained only if your subscription remains active without lapsing. If you cancel and re-subscribe after your cancellation date, standard pricing applies at the time of re-subscription.
  • Non-transferable. Founders Deal pricing applies to the original purchasing account only and cannot be transferred to another account or business entity.
  • Future plans. Founders Deal pricing applies to the Full Report and Monitoring plan as described at the time of purchase. New products or service tiers introduced after the Founders Deal window closes are not included in locked pricing.

We honor our commitments. If we raise prices in the future, your Founders rate stays intact as long as your account remains active. This commitment survives any future updates to these Terms.

07 — Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use

You agree to use WrenchGrid only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated business information in the diagnostic form for the purpose of generating inaccurate or manipulated reports
  • Use the Service to compete with WrenchGrid, reverse-engineer its diagnostic methodology, or create derivative products based on its outputs
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other tools to access or extract data from the Service
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute WrenchGrid reports or report outputs without written permission
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or harm WrenchGrid staff, contractors, or other users

You agree to submit accurate, good-faith business information when completing the diagnostic form. Intentional misrepresentation of your business data voids any obligation WrenchGrid has to honor refund requests related to that submission.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service without refund.

08 — SMS Communications

SMS Communications

TCPA Consent Notice: By providing your phone number on the WrenchGrid diagnostic form or any other data collection point on this site, you expressly consent to receive text message (SMS) communications from WrenchGrid LLC regarding your diagnostic report, service updates, and related business communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

  • Consent is voluntary. Providing your phone number and consenting to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any WrenchGrid product or service. You may opt out at any time.
  • How to opt out. Reply STOP to any WrenchGrid text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to that number.
  • How to get help. Reply HELP to any WrenchGrid text message or contact us via our contact form.
  • Types of messages. Messages may include: report delivery notifications, follow-up reminders, appointment confirmations for recovery calls, product updates, and service communications. We do not send unsolicited promotional blasts.
  • Carriers not liable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For full details on how we handle your personal information including phone number, see our Privacy Policy.

09 — Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, methodology, trademarks, and technology comprising the WrenchGrid Service are the exclusive property of WrenchGrid LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • WrenchGrid owns the platform. The diagnostic engine, report templates, scoring methodology, benchmark model, site design, copy, and all associated intellectual property belong to WrenchGrid LLC.
  • You own your report. Once purchased and delivered, you may use your individual WrenchGrid report for your own internal business purposes — including sharing it with employees, advisors, or lenders. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it publicly without written permission.
  • License to use. Upon payment, WrenchGrid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your delivered report for internal business purposes only.
  • No license to the platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to WrenchGrid’s software, methodology, benchmark model, or diagnostic system beyond the right to use the Service as described herein.

10 — Your Data

Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of all information you submit through the WrenchGrid diagnostic form. By submitting information, you grant WrenchGrid a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely to generate your report and provide the Service.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data — stripped of any individually identifiable information — to improve our diagnostic model and calibrate benchmark estimates. We will never sell or share your individually identifiable business data with third parties for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Form Data & Contact Fields

The free diagnostic form requires only your operational inputs (trade type, team size, job volume, software stack, and pain points). Your name, company name, email address, and phone number are collected in Step 3 and are required to receive your report by email, access paid services, or schedule a recovery call. See our Privacy Policy for how each field is used and stored.

11 — Disclaimers

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrenchGrid disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WrenchGrid does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
  • Report estimates will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific business
  • Acting on report recommendations will result in any specific financial outcome
  • The Service will meet your particular business requirements or expectations

Revenue estimates in your report are diagnostic approximations based on your inputs and anonymized industry benchmarks. They are not audited financial statements, accounting opinions, or professional business advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

12 — Liability

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRENCHGRID LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if WrenchGrid has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall WrenchGrid’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to WrenchGrid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $127 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, WrenchGrid’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13 — Indemnification

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WrenchGrid LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Any false or misleading information you submit through the Service

14 — Termination

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time.

  • You may stop using the Service at any time. To cancel a Monitoring subscription, use our contact form. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a way that harms WrenchGrid or other users. In cases of material violation, termination may be immediate and without refund.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

15 — Changes

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or with a prominent notice on the site.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using the Service and contact us to cancel any active subscriptions.

One thing we will never change without your consent: Founders Deal pricing for existing Founders customers. That commitment is locked regardless of future Terms updates.

16 — Governing Law

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal legal claim, we ask that you contact us via our contact form and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue — at least 30 days. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. We commit to responding to dispute notices within 10 business days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WrenchGrid regarding the Service.
