AAA AC Demo covers Palm Beach, Martin, and Broward counties, about a 90-mile coastal stretch from Hobe Sound down to Coral Springs. We don't subcontract. The same handful of trucks and techs run every job, which is how we hold the same response time everywhere.
Kevin founded AAA AC Demo in Broward County twelve years ago, and it's still where the majority of our work happens. We know the high-rise condo buildings on A1A, the gated communities of Boca Raton and Wellington, the older 1950s-era homes in West Palm Beach with their original ductwork, and the newer construction up in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. Local knowledge matters in HVAC, different neighborhoods have different problems, and a tech who's seen them before gets to the right diagnosis faster.
Martin County is a different kind of market, quieter, more boating-focused, with a mix of older Florida bungalows, mid-century waterfront, and newer custom builds. Stuart and Palm City are the largest pockets; Hobe Sound is small but serves a higher-end coastal clientele. Drive times can be longer up here, which is why we generally batch Martin jobs together, but emergency response is the same 30-minute target as anywhere else in our footprint.
Broward is our southern footprint, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, and the tighter inland communities. The work mix here leans more toward condo and townhome HVAC than Palm Beach does, with all the building-management coordination that comes with it. We're certified to operate inside the major HOA-managed properties and know how to schedule around their access rules. Salt air is also a real factor here, especially east of US-1.
When your system breaks down, the hardest question is whether the repair cost is worth it. Use this honest calculator to find out — built on the industry-standard “$5,000 Rule” used by HVAC professionals.
